BILL 139 – Building Better Communities

How will the planning appeals process be changed? What do the changes mean for us?

The Federation of North Toronto Residents Associations invites members and other residents associations across the City to send representatives to the Forum. Our speakers will provide their comments about the Bill and answer your questions –

  •  John Bossons, author of the FoNTRA submission to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and the Attorney General
  • Dennis Wood, Wood Bull LLP, whose practice encompasses the OMB, and who has written on Bill 139
  • Councillors Josh Matlow and Krystin Wong-Tam
  • Also invited is a representative of City Planning (City Report- Bill 139 City Proposed Amendments )
